Beers made by Persuasion range from good to very good. The Double Date Hazy was excellent while the Pale Ale and American Red were solid but not really outstanding. I am always looking out for a solid red but I have to say Pigeon Head in Reno makes the best red I've ever tasted. This one is pretty dry which I like and very low on malt. Overall you will find something good here and the rotating taps are excellent

Recently I have gone back to persuasion brewing, The beer was excellent the MOMO beer is really something else and I just keep goin back for MO! The beer pairs nicely with the tacos, but I didn't not buy a sandwich but they still use Boars Head. Other than that the menu has been updated and I am ready to test out the new creations that they have came up with. The service was nice but slow, on one of my tacos plates they gave the wrong meat selection but gave me the correct plate right away. The ambiance was great the steel chairs are gone and now they have tables with nicely cushioned chairs (for the people with NO butt) which made me wan to stay because of how comfortable the chairs are. Overall persuasion is nice and spacious and has upgraded very very nicely.

Best Brew pub in Stanislaus. The brew master is magic with his recipes. Something for everyone and a little restaurant that has something for everyone to go with their beer. Pool table and other fun things to do. My new fav beer!

Great place for a nice cold one and games too! They have pinball, video games, shuffleboard, billiards, and my favorite basketball . I kicked some butt of course! Lol....and Tuesday night is trivia night. We had a blast! The bathrooms aren't the best, the soap dispenser didn't work so I'm not ever eating there but for games and beer, YES we will be back.

I visited Persuasion Brewing for the first time in late June 2024. The place is enormous inside. We were promptly greeted and helped by the staff. We ordered beers and then food. I got the spicy BBQ burger and my buddy ordered the Tri-tip sandwich. The burger sounded really good, but I'd say it was a little disappointing. It was simple and a bit small for the price. It did taste good though. I also got a side of the pretzel bites. They tasted a bit overcooked but we ate them and the cheese sauce was a great pair. I'd like to see a beer cheese option (maybe even made with Persuasion beer?) and or an ale mustard option. This would take the pretzels up a notch! My buddy ordered the buffalo cheese curds and these were legit amazing, don't skip on these! So good. The beer was great. All in all, great experience and great place! Looking forward to coming back and trying more!
